Mary- I am a teacher, a learner who is essentially interested in the journey of life. My work in education involves mentoring and assisting people with different abilities. Language is my passion, I’m a weaver of words. I am a certified Louise Hay Coach also.

Lucia – I love natural remedies and that includes mind remedies. As we allow ourselves to become more open and send love and forgiveness into the world, the more we grow and become better at managing our stress levels, and directing our own life. I love Louise Hay’s approach. The exercise she has developed and the order in how the Heal Your Life workshop is conducted, brings so much release, love and joy to the participants. It did for me when I attended my first workshop, and it will for you too.
